Common questions

Can't find your answer? Call or WhatsApp us on 99668 81811.

Do I need a referral to see the nephrologist or ENT surgeon?

No. You can book directly. If another doctor has referred you, please bring their note and your reports.

Can I consult both doctors on the same day?

Yes. Mention it when booking and we'll schedule back-to-back slots where OPD days overlap.

Is dialysis done at the clinic?

Dialysis and transplant procedures are done at partner hospitals. Dr. Chetan plans and supervises your dialysis and sees you at Altus for regular reviews.

Where are ENT surgeries performed?

Minor procedures such as endoscopy, wax removal and biopsies are done at the clinic. Surgeries like FESS, tympanoplasty or tonsillectomy are done by Dr. Mounika at partner hospitals.

Should I fast before a kidney check-up?

For most kidney tests you don't need to fast. If a sugar or lipid profile is also planned, we'll ask you to fast for 8–10 hours. We'll tell you when you book.

Do you see children?

Yes. Dr. Mounika sees children for ear, nose and throat problems, and Dr. Chetan evaluates kidney problems in children.

Do you offer online consultations?

Video follow-ups are available for existing patients reviewing reports. First consultations are best in person.
